Ma femly stayed in "the naud" awa' back in the swinging 70s. Quite recently , me an' ma wee Sis walked fur miles roon the hale toon.Seafor , N.Carbrain , kildrum , Abronhill & doon intae the village and up the wilderness brae. We arrived up at the auld toon centre bit - BEIRUT!!. Although we didnae realise it when we were waens ,the place looks like a war zone aff the telly, fae the N.Carbrain side.I think the toon planners hiz been on the buckie ever since the 70s.
