STOPTHEPRESS: Scottish executive not so useless

I have to admit that when the Scottish Executive legislated for the right of women to get their tits out in public I thought that it was an example of devolved government gone mad - who the fuck in the 21st Century could object to breast feeding?

I now take it all back.

While visiting Hampton Court Palace Margaret Mikkelson tried to breast-feed and was told to put her melons away. An absolute disgrace, and the sooner England passes law to protect breast-feeding mothers the better.
