Most lawyers in Ed start their morning with a swift hand-job from their PA and a browse of Caledonia Calling. Go on lads, try and deny it!
So perhaps one of them can clear this one up. Mike Watson sets fire to a hotel last November, but it is only 8 months later that he resigns as an MSP? I presume that is 8 months of public money that he's pocketed. I also presume that he gets to keep his peerage.
The people of Cathcart must be proud - but then let's remember that Cathcart used to have Teddy Taylor as their MP.

Personally I prefer a slow shave and a soapy hip rub in the Leith Palms sauna.
And a plate of Loch Fyne Kippers.
